Chocolate Melt Away Cake

  1. Melt Chocolate and Butter
    21.3 g semi sweet or dark chocolate chips
    21.3 g milk chocolate chips
    42.6 g unsalted butter

  2. Evenly combine eggs and sugar with whisk, then add the flour and incorporate all ingredients until smooth.
    1 whole egg, large (room temp)
    42.52 oz granulated sugar
    56.7 g all purpose or cake flour

  3. Grease or line with parchment a ramekin, then fill the ramekin with the batter

  4. Bake 13 or 14 minutes in oven at 320f, or you can also use a bain marie in oven and increase cooking time for a more tender texture.

    4 oz ramekin
    scale capable of measuring in grams
    bain marie (water bath), optional
